About Tour
The religious journey known as Chardham Yatra enables worshippers to visit the most sacred Hindu temples within the Himalayas. The 11-night 12-day tour takes pilgrims to all four Hindu holy sites of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath along with the time needed to see religious sites in Delhi before traveling toward the Himalayas.
Your Chardham Yatra begins with a short tour of Delhi where you will visit Akshardham Temple, India Gate, and Lotus Temple before moving on to Haridwar for the sacred activities at Har Ki Pauri.
The journey guides travelers to Yamunotri which offers the source of Yamuna River while allowing visitors to walk on their own or hire pony/palki services. Viewers should seek temple blessings at Gangotri because this location marks Ganga’s birthplace while also visiting Bhagirath Shila and Surya Kund.
The main attraction is Kedarnath which stands as one of the 12 Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva because visitors must trek or take helicopter service to reach the site. At the end of this pilgrimage devotees visit Badrinath temple to worship Lord Vishnu before taking Tapt Kund and Charan Paduka shrines.
During this spiritual journey you will pass through magnificent natural terrains while crossing sacred river junctions before encountering majestic snowy peaks with their surrounding forests. The divine pilgrimage offers people an extraordinary chance to purify their spirit while seeking spiritual connection with celestial powers.

- Important Information About Your Chardham Yatra
- The CharDham Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage, not a luxury tour. It comes with unique challenges due to the remote locations and limited infrastructure. To help you prepare, here are all the essential details you need to know:
- Kedarnath Top Stays:
- Staying at Kedarnath Top is challenging because of its high altitude (~3,583 meters) and limited operational period (six months a year).
- Rooms may feel damp or lack proper cleanliness, even at a cost of ₹10,000–₹15,000 per room. Facilities may fall below standard expectations, as resources are hard to maintain at this altitude.
- There is a per-bed-per-person arrangement due to space constraints. Personal roommate preferences cannot be accommodated.
- Hotel Availability:
- Hotels can be inside or outside the city, depending on availability. This is done for your convenience and to ensure smooth logistics.
- Accommodation charges depend on availability, and last-minute changes may occur.
- Travel Challenges:
- The trek to Kedarnath is 18–20 kilometers, and all essential supplies also reach the temple via the same path.
- Traffic delays of 10–15 hours in a single day are common, especially during peak season.
- Landslides, weather conditions, and government regulations may further impact schedules.
- Heli services to Kedarnath are weather-dependent and may face cancellations or delays.
- Government cabs (e.g., from Sonprayag to Gaurikund) are mandatory, and larger vehicles are not allowed beyond Sonprayag. Waiting times may apply.
- Packing & Preparation:
- Travel light. You may need to carry your luggage during parts of the trek, which can be exhausting. Avoid overpacking and focus on essentials:
- Warm clothing, comfortable trekking shoes, rain gear
- Snacks, refillable water bottles, and personal medications
- Carry cash, as ATMs are limited and many services prefer cash payments.
- Meals & Schedule Adjustments:
- Due to early departures or delays, you may miss meals (breakfast or dinner). Refunds will not be provided for missed meals.
- Meal arrangements depend on the availability of eateries during the journey.
- Health & Safety:
- This is a physically demanding pilgrimage. Ensure you are medically fit and consult a doctor if necessary.
- Stay hydrated, eat light, and carry medications to prevent altitude sickness.
- Travel Insurance:
- We do not provide insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance for additional safety.
- Patience & Cooperation:
- This is a Yatra, not a tour package. While we make every effort to provide comfort, limited resources and logistical challenges can cause inconveniences.
- Force majeure events such as landslides, heavy traffic, or adverse weather are beyond our control. We request your cooperation and understanding.
- Special Note About Kedarnath Top:
- Kedarnath Top stays are not luxurious and may not meet standard expectations. Due to the altitude and massive influx of pilgrims, maintaining facilities is extremely difficult.
- Even after paying premium rates, you might find:
- Damp rooms or lack of cleanliness
- Limited amenities
- High crowds and shared accommodations
- Despite these challenges, reaching and witnessing the holy shrine is a transformative experience.
- Final Points to Remember:
- Registration is mandatory for the CharDham Yatra.
- Long lines for Darshan and mandatory government checks (RTO, cabs) are part of the journey.
- Past experiences indicate traffic delays and unforeseen weather disruptions, so patience is key.
- Our team is dedicated to minimizing your challenges and ensuring a memorable pilgrimage within the constraints of the Yatra.
Gratitude & Final Thoughts:
We are here to help you experience the spiritual essence of this journey. While some discomforts are unavoidable, we assure you of our best efforts to provide smooth logistics and care. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
